MyIsland Ballers, Inc. (MIB) is a 501c3 non-profit organization and USSSA member based in the United States Virgin Islands dedicated to nurturing athletes through education, athletics and personal development. MIB’s core values revolve around instilling self-respect, fostering skill development, and opening pathways to college opportunities for all athletes. By incorporating vital areas such as mental health awareness, physical well-being, financial literacy and other other motivational platforms into their programs, MIB is better equipped to cultivate exceptional individuals – mentally, physically, and emotionally – leveraging the game to shape resilient, independent, and positive contributors to the community.

MIB takes great pride in its affiliation with the United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) Basketball, a leading organization in the Caribbean region and the largest multi-sport association in the nation, boasting a membership of over 3.8 million athletes. Their vision is to be a trailblazing and adaptable sports organization, offering unparalleled experiences for athletes, coaches, and fans. Membership is open to organizations that align closely with USSSA’s mission and values.
